Divisional Lead Coordinator – HVAC

Liberty Service Partners is seeking an energetic Divisional Lead Coordinator to serve as the primary point of contact for potential HVAC customers, connecting them with local service teams through high-volume phone-based lead coordination. This role involves responding to inbound leads, making outbound follow-up calls, and scheduling appointments while ensuring an excellent customer experience. The position offers the opportunity to help build and shape processes as the divisional lead coordination function grows.
