Divisional Trainer

The Divisional Trainer ensures high-quality, consistent, and compliant service delivery within a single division at Behavioral Health Allies. This role is responsible for developing, coordinating, and delivering onboarding and ongoing training specific to the division's service model, regulatory requirements, and operational needs. The position serves as a hands-on training leader, coach, and mentor to ensure staff are competent, confident, and aligned with evidence-based practices and safety expectations.
