DMPK Representative

This role is responsible for characterizing the preclinical ADME/PK aspects of specific programs, including the selection and supervision of CROs and providing PK, in vitro/in vivo drug metabolism, and PK/PD modeling support. The position involves developing DMPK strategies, overseeing study design and execution, and contributing to regulatory documents such as IND or NDA submissions. Additionally, the role supports clinical pharmacology trial design through DDI risk analysis and provides input for lead identification and clinical dose optimization.
