Donor Services Center Team Lead

The Donor Services Center Team Lead supervises the Donor Management and Donor Development Coordinator teams, ensuring all donor referrals are properly received, documented, triaged, and assigned. This role is responsible for training new staff, managing shift operations, and ensuring compliance with all safety protocols and organizational policies. The position also involves facilitating tissue case work-ups, leading DART calls, and overseeing donor prioritization to maximize opportunities.
