This role involves screening and evaluating potential tissue donors to ensure they meet established medical criteria, coordinating recovery arrangements, and managing donor information in various databases. The position requires collaborating with medical staff, families, and external agencies to facilitate the donation process while maintaining strict confidentiality and adherence to industry standards. The individual will also function as a team lead, triage calls, and ensure shift performance meets organizational goals.
