Donor Services Coordinator

The Donor Services Coordinator manages daily donor processing operations, including mail handling, gift posting, and data entry into Salesforce to maintain accurate donor records. This role supports a donor-centric culture by ensuring timely thank-you letters, receipts, and tax acknowledgments while addressing donor inquiries with empathy and professionalism. The position also involves collaborating with the Development team to enhance the overall donor experience and assist with month-end and year-end operations.
