About this role
The Women's Health Full Spectrum Doula at Wellstar provides physical comfort techniques, emotional reassurance, breastfeeding assistance, and evidence-based informational support to expectant patients and families during pregnancy, labor, and at least three months postpartum, both virtually and in-person. The role also leads community and facility-based educational programming and partners with the Women's Health Service Line to support learning, outreach, and quality improvement initiatives.
