Doula

The Doula provides emotional, physical, and informational support to individuals and families during pregnancy, labor, and the immediate postpartum period through the Safe Pregnancies / Embarazo Seguro program. The role involves empowering clients through their birth experience, offering continuous support and guidance to ensure a positive and informed birthing process. Doulas meet with clients during pregnancy to discuss birth preferences, provide guidance on exercises and relaxation techniques, and help families navigate decision-making and communicate their wishes to their birth team.
