A DPPS Software Developer contributes to the development and maintenance of the Data Processing and Preservation System (DPPS) software for the CTAO, supporting integration, testing, and collaboration with other teams.
CTAO (Cherenkov Telescope Array Observatory) is the international organisation delivering the Cherenkov Telescope Array, a next‑generation ground‑based gamma‑ray observatory. The CTAO Central Organisation coordinates the technological development, construction and operation of the array with the support of countries and an intergovernmental partner. CTA will provide a global facility for high‑energy astrophysics—probing cosmic particle accelerators, transient phenomena and searches for dark matter. The observatory serves the international astronomy community through coordinated instrument development, operations and science programmes.
