About this role
The Drilling Supervisor will oversee exploration drilling operations on the Zambian Copperbelt, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient execution of drill programs. The role partners with field management, geology, contracts and commercial teams to manage contractors, tender processes, and technical/financial aspects of drilling. This is a full-time contract position open to Zambian nationals and involves regular onsite presence at active drill sites.

- Accredited Engineering Degree
