About this role

The CDL Driver Recruiter at Nevoya is responsible for the full lifecycle of driver recruitment, specifically targeting qualified Class A drivers for the company's electric vehicle fleet. This role involves managing driver leads and applications using the Tenstreet ATS, conducting high-volume phone screens, and ensuring compliance with DOT and FMCSA regulations. Additionally, the recruiter will track recruitment KPIs, improve hiring workflows, support onboarding efforts, and maintain detailed, audit-ready driver files. Collaboration with Safety and Operations teams is key to meeting hiring targets and reducing turnover in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
