Driver Recruiter

The Driver Recruiter coordinates the recruitment and onboarding of experienced Class A CDL drivers while maintaining driver qualification records to ensure ongoing compliance with company, DOT, and FMCSA requirements. This role involves partnering with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, sourcing qualified candidates, and managing the selection process from initial interviews to onboarding. The position also requires maintaining accurate candidate information and supporting internal and external audits.
