Duty Manager

The Duty Manager plays a significant role in providing consistent, reliable service at Holiday Inn Express, ensuring superior cleanliness standards and optimum manpower productivity. This leadership position involves overseeing Front Office operations, managing the operational team, and acting as a Champion in one of four key areas: Guest Experience, OH&S, Quality & Brand, or Great Room. The role is responsible for driving guest satisfaction, managing financial returns, and ensuring a safe and secure environment for guests and team members.
