Duty Manager

The Duty Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operational performance of the café, ensuring exceptional food quality, outstanding customer service, and full compliance with food safety and brand standards. This role involves leading the team to deliver a consistently outstanding experience while driving operational efficiency and commercial success. The position requires close collaboration with the District Manager and Virgin Active club management to support a seamless member experience.
