E2 – Senior Dispatch & Operations Coordinator

The E2 – Senior Dispatch & Operations Coordinator role oversees end-to-end coordination with dispatch partners, field engineers, OEMs, and warehouse teams to ensure efficient service delivery and asset management. This position is responsible for managing dispatch SLA compliance, user communications, vendor relationships, and CMDB accuracy while driving process improvements and resolving escalations. The coordinator also leads ticket governance, inventory reconciliation, and performance reporting to support operations leadership.
