EACOP – Medical Support Manager

The Medical Support Manager provides strategic health policy advice and oversees the development of the EACOP Health and Hygiene Management System to control exposure to health hazards. This role involves coordinating a comprehensive medical support system, including site facilities, medical evacuation, and remote site care, while ensuring compliance with international best practices. The position requires managing medical staff, overseeing fitness-to-work programs, and maintaining health awareness campaigns across a large, multicultural workforce in Tanzania and Uganda.
