The Early Careers Recruitment and Development Consultant at M&G supports the attraction, recruitment and development of graduates, interns and apprentices to build a high-calibre early talent pipeline. The role works with stakeholders across the business to shape and continuously improve early careers programmes, employer brand and candidate experience. It contributes to M&G’s diversity, inclusion and social mobility objectives while ensuring compliance with internal standards.
