Early Childhood Coach

The Early Childhood Coach supports high-quality, nature-based learning experiences for children aged birth-5 through professional development, coaching, and modeling instructional practices. This role involves collaborating with preschool staff to maintain curriculum standards, plan nature experiences, and implement social-emotional teaching strategies using Conscious Discipline approaches. The position also focuses on training educators and ensuring compliance with early childhood education requirements across ODC's network.
