Early Childhood Educator

Encompass is seeking an Early Childhood Educator to create nurturing, engaging learning environments that support children's social, emotional, and cognitive development. The role involves implementing the HighScope Curriculum and Conscious Discipline strategies to foster safe, respectful, and inclusive classrooms. Educators will build strong partnerships with children and families while collaborating with Center Directors and fellow educators to maintain high-quality programs.
