Early Help Key Worker

The Early Help Key Worker provides support to families across the continuum of need, helping them access relevant support networks to achieve a good standard of family life and wellbeing. This role involves delivering 'whole family' assessments and interventions using a 'Team Around the Family' framework, while navigating and brokering access to community services. The position requires a skilled practitioner to build relationships with families, manage a mixed caseload, and work collaboratively with locality management and wider services.
