Early Help Key Worker

The Early Help Key Worker role provides support to families across the continuum of need, helping them access relevant support networks to achieve a good standard of family life and wellbeing without requiring Children's Social Care input. The position involves delivering 'whole family' assessments and interventions using a 'Team Around the Family' framework, while navigating and brokering access to community services. Keyworkers work collaboratively with locality management and receive regular case supervision to support their professional development and the progression of family plans.
