Early Talent Development Manager

Supports the region’s talent recruiting, development, and retention efforts by aligning goals and practices with management and cross-functional teams to enhance the employee experience. Leads regional recruiting initiatives, intern program design, onboarding, and employee engagement activities while analyzing qualitative and quantitative data to recommend improvements. Partners with Talent Acquisition, Operations, Marketing, and Sustainability to promote DEIB and drive professional growth.
