Early Talent Lead

The Early Talent Lead leads the daily administration, recruitment, coordination, and continued development of the Internship and Fellowship Programs at Augusta National Golf Club. This role partners with hiring managers and program participants to support the entire program experience, from workforce planning and recruitment through onboarding, engagement, and completion. The position serves as the primary point of contact for interns and fellows, managing key processes such as housing coordination, events, communications, and program resources.
