This role supports early years and developmentally young children as part of the SEND reform, Expert at Hands, by working with a skilled team to promote education, development, welfare, and inclusion. The position involves advising settings and schools on high-quality inclusive provision and appropriate curricula while providing guidance to parents and professionals regarding special educational needs. It requires modeling best practices and sharing expertise to support children with additional needs.
