EC Teacher Assistant Direct Support

The EC Direct Support personnel work under the supervision of the school principal and the assigned Exceptional Children's case manager to provide individual assistance and support that allows a student to participate in and access the curriculum and educational environment. The role involves collaborating with assigned teachers and school personnel to encourage maximum student performance and develop independence across the continuum of the school day. The position requires maintaining appropriate professional behavior and communication throughout the school day.
