Economic Development Director Back-Up

This position serves as the back-up for the Economic Development Director, coordinating with the Director to manage all aspects of the office including marketing, product development, and business recruitment. The role involves supervising staff, developing economic development strategies, and managing day-to-day operations to support Chester County's growth. The incumbent will also oversee industry programs, handle grant administration, and represent the office at various stakeholder meetings.
