Economic Development Director

This role provides strategic leadership and execution for the City of Rowlett's economic development goals, overseeing the implementation of the community's vision plan and day-to-day programs. The position involves managing marketing campaigns, staff, and economic development incentive agreements while fostering relationships with businesses, government entities, and the Chamber of Commerce. It also includes conducting financial analyses, supporting business recruitment and retention, and serving as the acting department director when needed.
