About this role

The Economic Development Instructor provides non-credit classroom, laboratory, and on-site workforce training to meet the employee training needs of the business community within North Georgia Technical College’s Service Delivery Area. The role supports regional workforce and economic development initiatives by delivering training focused on industrial safety, quality systems, safety audits, regulatory compliance, and other workforce-related topics based on employer and community demand. The position prepares instructional materials, delivers training, and evaluates students’ progress in attaining established goals and objectives.

Responsibilities

Deliver non-credit classroom and on-site workforce training for business community
Prepare instructional materials and evaluate student progress in attaining goals
Collaborate with Economic Development Department to ensure net-positive training operations
