The Ecosystem Coordinator role involves working closely with various actors in the Tiko ecosystem to address non-technical questions and resolve issues. The position requires regular in-person visits to ecosystems for checkups and ensuring proper branding and compliance. It uses WhatsApp, SMS, and QR-based enrollment and offers Tiko Miles rewards to encourage engagement. The program aims to reach 3.5 million girls across six countries annually by 2030.
