The Nurse Practitioner (NP) Educator develops and delivers clinical onboarding and ongoing training for DaVita’s Integrated Kidney Care Nurse Practitioners and care team members. The role partners with clinical and operations teams to design and implement a blended education curriculum, maintain professional competencies, and contribute to the advancement of IKC programs. The position supports curriculum development across classroom, virtual, and field-based training and measures competency outcomes.
