Sonoco’s Emerging Leaders Program (ELP) is a 24-month, entry-level leadership development program for recent college graduates within the Metal Packaging division. ELP associates receive hands-on experience, personalized leadership coaching, and exposure to Sonoco’s diverse operations to prepare them for future business leadership roles. The role is based at the Chestnut Hill, Tennessee facility and emphasizes career growth, relocation flexibility, and shift work as needed.
