Penn State’s Applied Research Laboratory is hiring a Department Head for the Electromagnetic Effects and Applications Department within the Spectrum and Signatures Solutions (S3) Division. The role leads a department focused on RF and microwave systems and related electromagnetic technologies supporting Department of Defense and Intelligence Community sponsors. The position is based in State College, PA and may be filled as either a Research and Development Engineer or non-tenure Research Faculty.
