Electromechanical Test Engineer

This role involves owning the success of piece part, component, and subsystem testing across electromechanical systems, leading projects, and standing up infrastructure to support core testing and production. The position requires defining production test campaigns, designing and building test setups, and validating designs through prototype testing while mentoring team members. The engineer will drive best practices and oversee the entire process from low-rate research and development through high-rate production lines.
