This role leads and owns the success of component, subsystem, and full-vehicle testing for structural, thermal, fluid, dynamic, and electromechanical systems at a Series C satellite startup. The position helps stand up core test infrastructure, supports development and qualification efforts, and contributes to company-wide testing standards while collaborating across multidisciplinary teams. The candidate will work closely with flight hardware and mentor a growing test engineering team.
