Eligibility Worker I

Health Advocates is seeking an Eligibility Worker I to help qualify patients and claimants for governmental benefits such as Medi-Cal and SSI/SSDI within established guidelines. The role involves conducting telephone or bedside screenings, completing and submitting applications to county offices, and updating information in the hospital computer database. This position requires effective time management, the ability to work independently, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
