About this role

The HelloConnect team is seeking an Advanced Embroidery Digitizer to convert artwork into optimized stitch files for commercial embroidery machines. This role requires deep technical expertise with Tajima DG16 software, including mastery of stitch types, underlay strategies, and pull compensation to ensure high-quality production outputs across various fabric types and garment structures. The incumbent will collaborate with production teams to minimize machine downtime, reduce stitch counts, and troubleshoot technical defects while maintaining visual fidelity.

Responsibilities

Convert customer artwork into production-ready embroidery stitch files
Optimize stitch counts and sequences to minimize machine downtime
Troubleshoot technical defects like puckering, thread breaks, and registration issues
Digitize designs for diverse fabrics including performance apparel, caps, and woven garments
Collaborate with production teams to refine files for Tajima, Barudan, and SWF machines
