EMEA Service Capacity Planning & Analysis Manager

The EMEA Service Capacity Planning & Analysis Manager translates business demand, operational data, and workforce information into actionable capacity plans to support customer commitments, resource optimization, and business growth. This role involves forecasting, capacity modeling, scenario analysis, and stakeholder engagement across Regional Services, Finance, Sales, and Operations. The position requires developing short-, medium-, and long-term capacity plans, analyzing historical demand, and building scenario models to evaluate alternative capacity strategies. The manager will also develop analytical tools, improve planning methodologies, and maintain trusted relationships with regional leadership.
