Emergency Management Specialist

The Emergency Management Specialist provides operational, field, and program support for the San Juan County Office of Emergency Management under the general supervision of the Emergency Manager. The role involves supporting emergency and disaster response, planned events, exercises, and EOC operations while ensuring equipment readiness and public outreach. This position requires sound judgment, effective communication, and the ability to work independently in field environments, including responding to operational needs outside normal business hours.
