Serval is seeking its first Emerging Talent Recruiter to build and scale a university and early‑career hiring program. The role will create partnerships with campuses, own full‑cycle recruiting for interns and new graduates, and develop processes and metrics to drive a steady pipeline of early‑talent for the AI automation platform.
