The Employee Assistance Program Counselor provides brief assessments, counseling, referral, and care management services to caregivers and eligible household dependents through the Caring for Caregivers program. This role supports healthcare professionals dealing with substance use, mental health, or cognitive issues while managing sensitive cases with discretion and high emotional intelligence. The position involves collaborating with hospital leadership and working across all organizational levels to deliver onsite and virtual support services.
