Employee Listening Principal

The Employee Listening Principal at Blue Origin is a senior HR role responsible for shaping and managing the company’s employee listening strategy and programs across business units and locations. The role partners with cross-functional teams to design scalable listening mechanisms, deliver actionable insights, and ensure identified actions are closed-loop to improve employee experience and culture. It reports to the VP of Talent, Culture, and Total Rewards and supports enterprise-wide listening initiatives including pulse surveys and qualitative research.
