Employee Listening Analyst

The Employee Listening Analyst at HP partners with People Insights leadership and cross-functional teams to design and manage the company’s employee listening programs. The role focuses on strengthening a culture of feedback by delivering actionable insights from surveys and qualitative research to inform decision-making and organizational improvement. This position supports global listening programs and serves as the subject-matter expert on survey science, research design, analytics, and listening technology.
