An Employee Relations Advisor will provide responsive, compliant advisory services to operational management teams across multiple UK sites, serving as the first point of contact for generalist HR issues. The role involves leading case management for disciplinary actions, grievances, and absences while advising line managers on policy application and ensuring accurate documentation. Working remotely with occasional travel, the advisor will uphold employment legislation, train managers on ER matters, and collaborate with stakeholders to monitor continuous improvement initiatives.
