Employee Relations Advisor

The Employee Relations Advisor will support managers and colleagues on all aspects of employee relations casework, providing legally compliant advice, coaching, and guidance on complex matters such as sickness, conduct, capability, and grievance. Working closely with the Lead ER Manager and Strategic People Business Partners, the role also involves managing high‑volume caseloads, preparing tribunal documentation, and contributing to performance monitoring and people‑related projects.
