Employee Relations Advisor

Durham College is seeking an Employee Relations Advisor to support the administration, research, and analysis of complex employee relations in a multi-union environment. This temporary role involves reviewing case information, conducting research on collective agreements and employment legislation, and assisting with the administration of grievances, investigations, and accommodations. The position also supports the job evaluation process and collaborates with HR colleagues, college leaders, and union representatives to foster constructive labour relations.
