Recruitment Coordinator

The Recruitment Coordinator supports the full life cycle of recruitment and selection processes at Durham College, providing administrative and procedural assistance in tasks such as drafting job descriptions, posting vacancies, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews. The role involves collaborating with hiring managers and HR teams to ensure compliance with collective agreements and employment legislation while maintaining a positive candidate experience. This temporary position is based at the Oshawa campus with occasional travel to other locations.
