Employee Relations Compliance Manager

The Employee Relations Compliance Manager provides strategic and hands‑on support for employee relations, policy creation, ADA compliance, and overall HR compliance. Partnering with legal, HR leaders, and cross‑functional stakeholders, the role leads investigations, develops training, and uses data analytics to improve compliance, reduce claims, and enhance employee retention.
