The Director, Employee Relations Lead will drive the employee relations strategy across EMEA and directly oversee ER operations at the European headquarters. The role ensures compliance with labor laws, manages complex sickness and long-term absence cases, and oversees grievances, disciplinaries, and disputes. The Director will lead and develop a high-performing ER team and partner with HR, legal, and occupational health to deliver consistent, fair, and data-driven employee relations practices.
