Employee Relations Manager

This role leads the day-to-day operations of the Employee Relations function, guiding complex employee relations matters, workplace investigations, and accommodations governance. As a trusted advisor, the position partners with business leaders, HR, Legal, and other stakeholders to deliver consistent processes, strong governance, and thoughtful risk management. The role also involves leading and developing a team of Employee Relations professionals while advancing analytics, process optimization, and strategic priorities.
