About this role
Datadog’s Employee Relations Specialist will join the People Compliance function as the first investigations-focused ER specialist, responsible for shaping and scaling a global-ready ER investigations capability. The role partners closely with People Business Partners and Employment Counsel to support employees across the Americas, while helping build foundational processes and infrastructure. This position is based in New York City and operates on a hybrid schedule with three days in-office per week.
